Years of coaching have shown me that when we step away from the noise, incredible insights can emerge. Attending retreats where I experienced powerful shifts myself is what inspired me to create this personalized experience.

Before you can paint your future, you must clear the canvas. Many people fail to write a powerful vision because they lack clarity on the why behind the what. Based on the book, Vivid Vision by Cameron Herald, this workshop is your dedicated space to do the deep, quiet work required to build a 3-year vision that is not just ambitious, but authentic and inspiring. (1 hr)

90-Day Wonder

In a world of distraction and overthinking, the most powerful tool you have is radical simplicity. This workshop is designed to clear the mental clutter of the past quarter and provide the clarity needed to focus the next 12 weeks. Using a three-question framework, we move past the noise of daily demands to focus on the high-impact actions that actually move the needle. Bring your calendars/planners. (1 hr)

From Dream to Published

From Dream to Published is a workshop by Scriptor Publishing Group for aspiring authors who don't know where to begin. Participants will learn how to turn an idea into a clear book concept, navigate the basic writing and publishing process, and overcome obstacles to getting started. This session provides the practical guidance, clarity, and confidence needed to take your next realistic step. (2 hrs)

Restoring Emotional Connection with Your Spouse

This workshop utilizes the principles of attachment theory to help you identify the hidden patterns that create distance in your partnership. Explore how to move away from reactive cycles and toward the vulnerability required to restore deep, authentic connection. You’ll walk away with actionable tools to communicate your needs more effectively and re-establish a sense of affection with your spouse. (1 hr)

Decision-Free Days

When you can reduce the amount of decisions you make each day, you free up essential mental space for more productive days. In this workshop, you’ll gain more ease in your mornings and at the end of day to help your brain turn off and reduce the mental load. From what you wear to what you eat, you’ll establish simple non-negotiable daily habits to create a sense of control. (1 hr)

NeuroKinetic Therapy

Low back pain and hip and shoulder pain not only add discomfort in our days, but also add to our mental load. This muscle testing protocol reveals which muscle(s) are overactive and which are underactive. It can also help with range of motion without needing to stretch. Based on what is found, corrective exercise homework will be assigned to do at home. The homework restores neuromuscular balance. (45 mins)

What if
I don’t want coaching?

At Quiet Cove, the experience is flexible. While we offer a variety of optional workshops, you’re welcome to participate in what you feel would benefit you the most. You can pick and choose sessions that resonate with your needs. The DIY Escape package does not include workshops.

Can I bring a friend
or business partner?

Yes! If you have a business partner or a few business buddies that also value quiet time for personal growth, please come together.

Are you
pet friendly?

Yes! We welcome your four-legged friends and have food and water bowls available.

Can you
swim in the lake?

Yes! Our cove is on the shallow side, so we recommend wearing water shoes since the lake bed is clay. The water is warm most of the season.

Where are you
located?

On High Rock Lake in Lexington, NC. We are about a 2 hour drive from Raleigh, NC. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about a 45-minute drive from Quiet Cove.
